Seenker may collect and process the following types of information:

• Identifying Information and Account Details: Name, email address, phone number, company or organization details (if provided), user identifiers, login credentials, and permissions.
• Operational and Usage Information: Searches, preferences, settings, feature usage, interactions with the Platform, activity data, logs, and action records.
• Technical Information: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, access times, security data, and infrastructure data.
• Analytics and Aggregate Information: Statistical, anonymous, or non-identifying data for measurement, analysis, development, and service improvement purposes.
• Financial Information: Partial payment method details for display to the user and recurring billing. Full credit card numbers are not stored.
• User-Provided Information: Any information, content, data, or files that the user enters, imports, or uses within the service, including information relating to third parties.
• Information from Public Sources: Information available to the public online, including public advertisements, listings, posts, and content published in groups, communities, and online platforms, which the system locates, processes, and displays for the purpose of identifying and presenting relevant information within the service.

Seenker does not knowingly collect sensitive information as defined by law, unless required for service provision and in accordance with applicable law.

Information is collected through the following methods, among others:

• Information provided directly by the user during registration, account creation, or use of the Platform
• Information collected automatically through cookies, logs, system files, and analytics tools
• Information generated as a result of actual use of the Platform and its various features

The system may send Push notifications to the user via the browser, application, or device operating system to update on new listings, changes, service/operational messages, and system updates.

To send notifications, only necessary technical information is collected, such as device IDs, browser IDs, installation IDs, push tokens, and communication data required to transmit the notification. This information is transferred to third-party notification service providers and technological infrastructure used by Seenker to operate notifications, such as cloud infrastructure providers and messaging services, in accordance with the privacy policies of those providers.

This information is used for operational purposes only and is not used for third-party advertising.

The user may disable Push notifications at any time via device, browser, or system settings. Disabling notifications will not cancel the service but may prevent receiving real-time updates.

Seenker uses information for the following purposes:

• Providing the service, operating the Platform, and granting access to features
• Personalization and improvement of user experience
• Development, maintenance, and improvement of features, capabilities, and models
• Information security, prevention of misuse, fault detection, and troubleshooting
• Statistical, anonymous, and aggregate analysis of usage patterns
• Sending operational, service, and marketing communications, subject to applicable law and user preferences

Information will not be sold or transferred to third parties for independent marketing purposes.

Seenker uses cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics or similar tools) for operation, measurement, and service improvement.

Users may block or delete cookies through browser settings. Please note that blocking cookies may affect the availability or functionality of some services. Continued use of the Platform constitutes consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this Policy.

Seenker may share information with external service providers solely for the purpose of operating the service, including:

• Cloud infrastructure and storage services
• Messaging, email, and support services
• Security, monitoring, and analytics services

Such sharing is subject to confidentiality and information security obligations on the part of the providers, in accordance with accepted standards and applicable law.

The service uses providers and infrastructure located outside of Israel, including in the United States and the European Union.

Use of the Platform constitutes consent to the transfer of information outside of Israel, subject to processing in accordance with applicable law, accepted standards, and Data Processing Agreements (DPA), as required.

Regarding personal information of third parties entered into the Platform by business or organizational users:

• The business user is solely responsible (Data Controller) for the lawfulness of information collection, obtaining required consents, and its use
• Seenker acts only as a Data Processor for the purpose of providing the technological service

Seenker does not review, supervise, or bear responsibility for the content, accuracy, lawfulness, or rights related to information entered by business users.

Upon registration or use of the service, users may receive operational, service, or marketing communications, subject to applicable law and user preferences.

Users may request removal from mailing lists at any time via a dedicated link in communications or by contacting Seenker.

Personal information is retained as long as the account is active or as required for service provision.

After account closure, Seenker may retain information for an additional period for purposes of: compliance with legal requirements; legal defense; statistical, anonymous, or aggregate analysis.

Anonymous or non-identifying information may be retained indefinitely.

Seenker implements reasonable technological and organizational measures to protect personal information. However, no security on the internet is absolute.

In the event of a serious security incident involving risk to identifiable personal information, Seenker will act in accordance with legal requirements and notify relevant parties as required.

Seenker is not responsible for damages resulting from security incidents beyond its reasonable control.

The service uses artificial intelligence tools, algorithms, and automated processing mechanisms for analysis, classification, processing, and presentation of information.

Please note that: AI-based outputs do not constitute advice, recommendations, or guarantees; they may be partial, incorrect, or inaccurate; AI-based outputs are intended for general information and should be reviewed in combination with professional judgment.

Seenker does not use identifiable personal information for training public models, unless explicit prior consent has been given or permitted by law.

In accordance with applicable law, users may request:

• Access to personal information
• Correction or update of incorrect information
• Deletion of information, subject to legal limitations

Exercise of rights is subject to user identification, legal requirements, and provided that the request does not infringe on Seenker's rights or those of third parties.

Seenker shall not be liable for any damage, loss, reliance, or harm of any kind arising from the use of information, security incidents, unauthorized access, use by third parties of information, or technological failures, subject to applicable law. Nothing herein shall derogate from liability that cannot be limited by law.

Seenker may update this Policy from time to time. The binding version is the current version as published on the website or Platform. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes consent to the updated Policy.
